Raspberry Fluff Jello Salad

Raspberry fluff jello salad is a conventional summer season dessert right here inside the Midwest, and one this is completely customizable!  As a herbal make-in advance dessert, it’s cool and creamy texture is a favorite for both kids an adults!

This make-in advance raspberry fluff jello salad dessert is made by way of using just a few ingredients and is best for potlucks and summer season bbq's!

This raspberry fluff is a nod to my family… on account that my mother makes some thing similar with pineapple (extraordinary elements, but also called fluff), and my mom in regulation makes some thing similar with all kinds of fruit.  This jello salad is lots just like the one she makes, but I’m now not certain if it’s actual or now not.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 oz package instant tapioca pudding
  • 3 oz package raspberry jello
  • 8 - 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries, plus extra for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in pudding mixes and jello. Return to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.  Remove from the heat, pour into a container, and cool completely.
  2. Refrigerate jello mixture for several hours or overnight.  Gently fold in cool whip and raspberries, being careful not to stir to vigorously.  Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
  3. Top with additional raspberries and serve.
