Lemon Dessert (aka Lemon Lush)

DESCRIPTION

Easy cold lemon dessert (aka lemon lush) made with cream cheese and lemon pudding.

What i like concerning this course is that the creamy texture with the crunch of the buttery crust. And rather like this damp lemon cake you'll create it every day ahead. It’s nearly higher than the primary day you create it. you recognize I’m all concerning the sensible additionally to the style.

The only draw back to the present cold course is that you just do need to cool the crust when you bake it. i used to be in an exceedingly rush to induce this done before the sun was setting thus I might get footage for you. thus intent on the construction I went. I stayed close afraid a bird, or another animal, would desire a style. however the sunshine on my face felt soooo good! and also the cool weather helped to chill the crust right down.

  4. Fourth Layer
  5. Spoon and swirl the remaining cool whip on top. Sprinkle with pecans.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
NOTES
If making this ahead, it will keep for an entire day.  I think it’s even better the second day!
If you want to make a smaller dessert, you can cut the recipe in half and use a 9×9 pan.
I highly recommend using Jell-O brand lemon pudding. I’ve tried a few off brands (specifically Kroger) and they did not have the same great lemon-y taste.
